Padmi brings a wealth of commercial experience gained over 25 years working across the spectrum of the healthcare industry with a compelling purpose of improving the quality of patient care and broader wellbeing of the community. Padmi has shaped and grown multinational organizations including GE Healthcare, and Pfizer and most recently held the position of Vice President, Global People Operations at ResMed leading a diverse team of People and Culture professionals across APAC, EMEA and Americas.
